Partner Success Representative
Responsibilities:
Develop interest, lead generation/validation, qualification, social media navigation, recommending new products and services for local and national partners.
Job Duties:
- Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts.
- Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments.
- Building rapport with potential customer/candidates; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections.
- Providing exceptional customer service while introducing new products and services.
- Contributes information to team by monitoring reactions from potential customers and providing feedback.
- Constantly updating job knowledge by participating in training opportunities.
